Adam Baer is an attorney at the firm’s Boca Raton office. Mr. Baer is a highly experienced civil trial attorney who handles first party property plaintiff’s work, and has handled premise liability, automobile liability, and complex civil matters.
Mr. Baer assists homeowners in varying aspects of insurance coverage disputes, including filing civil remedy notices of insurer violations, declaratory judgments, and bad faith litigation. Adam represents homeowners throughout the state of Florida.
Adam proudly served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes for 9 years. Mr. Baer has tried more than 150 jury and non-jury trials in criminal and civil matters.
Mr. Baer was born in New York City and raised in Broward County Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 2000. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The Florida State University College of Law where he graduated in 2003. Adam is licensed to practice law in The State of Florida and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
