Jonathan Drake

Jonathan Drake is an attorney with trial, and property insurance experience. Jonathan has tried and won multiple homeowners’ claims in front of a jury. Attorney Drake has more than 5 years of experience with first-party property claims, working on over a thousand cases, earning millions in settlements for homeowners over the years, and arguing in front of judges around the state of Florida in the county, civil, federal, and appellate courtrooms.

Jonathan Drake also tried jury cases in criminal court, and bench trials in immigration court, and represented clients in bankruptcy, worker’s compensation, and foreclosure actions. Drake wrote appeals during his first job as an attorney, with successful appeals written to Florida’s Second District Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Attorney Drake was a State Certified K-12 Educator and high school Spanish teacher at East Bay High School, before becoming an attorney, and he has represented hundreds of Spanish-speaking clients during his time as an officer of the court. Jonathan Drake was born in Tampa, Florida, but spent much of his youth in Kentucky, including undergraduate at Transylvania University, where he was a 4-year varsity athlete on the soccer team. Jonathan moved back to Florida with his high school sweetheart, now his wife, and attended law school at Stetson University College of Law. Jonathan currently lives in St Petersburg where he and his wife are raising 2 children and enjoying life near the water.
