Matt K. Grable is a Senior Associate Attorney with Elevate Legal Services, PLLC. and actively assists the firm regarding matters of first and third party property litigation, personal injury, real estate transactions, estate planning, and emerging technologies including blockchain. Mr. Grable oversees a team of paralegals and associate attorneys to deliver consistent results on behalf of Elevate Legal Services, PLLC. corporate and individual clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grable acted as sole in-house counsel for one of the United States’ fastest growing online mortgage loan providers where Mr. Grable’s duties included federal and state regulatory implementation in the areas of residential mortgage loan origination, as well as corporate and employment law.

Mr. Grable earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a concentration in legal studies, along with a minor in Psychology. He received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2015. At Nova, Mr. Grable received the CALI award in UCC Secured Transactions and regularly made the Dean’s List.

Mr. Grable is a South Florida native who enjoys boating and surfing with family and friends. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers section of the Florida Bar and has experience campaigning in support of local politicians.
