Seth joined Elevate Legal Services, PLLC. in January 2020, as an Associate Attorney, primarily practicing in First-Party Insurance Litigation.

Seth has over 17 years of litigation experience and has been lead counsel in trials throughout the State of Florida.

Seth earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences/Pre-Medical from Florida Atlantic University and later earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Before joining Elevate Legal Services, PLLC. Seth practiced in mortgage foreclosure litigation, where he gained extensive litigation experience representing mortgage lenders and servicers in numerous cases throughout the State of Florida. One of the highlights of Seth’s Legal Career was being a guest on a live network national television program on TruTV.

Seth advocates for his clients and treats each one of his cases, no matter the amount in controversy, with equal care and respect, while keeping his clients’ best interests in mind. Ethics and professionalism are tantamount for Seth.
